Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information

JP Innovation Ltd is responsible for personal information collected through this website and the Innovation Hub. Privacy enquiries can be sent to jpinnovation.enquiries@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

3. Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, review membership applications, provide and secure the Hub, moderate member content, deliver requested communications, measure website use and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases may include taking steps towards a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent and compliance with law, depending on the activity.

4. Who receives information

Information is shared only where needed with service providers supporting authentication, hosting, file storage and transactional email, including Supabase, Cloudflare/OpenAI Sites and Resend. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect members, JP Innovation or the public. We do not sell personal information.

5. Hub account and public profile information

Free Client, Hub Member and Founding Member profiles may show their relevant account-type badge so other users understand their role and available features. Approved profile fields, project highlights and published Hub content can be seen by authorised Hub users. Personal email addresses are not shown unless a user deliberately enables the public-email option. Private messages are available only to their participants and authorised administrators when required for safety, reports or legal compliance.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, account administration, dispute handling and legal obligations. Appropriate access controls, validation, protected storage and server-side permission checks are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to some uses, receive portable information and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to investigate or action a request.

8. Cookies and local identifiers

The website uses essential authentication cookies to keep signed-in members secure. A first-party visit identifier may be used to avoid counting the same browser repeatedly within a short period. It is not used to follow you across unrelated websites. Browser “Do Not Track” settings are respected by the visit counter.

9. Updates

We may update this notice when the website, Hub or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
